Fox Pay uses a Bring Your Own Merchant model
Merchant accounts and provider credentials belong to the customer; Fox Pay orchestrates integrations without becoming a PSP, custodian or settlement intermediary.

Decision
Customers contract directly with providers and register their provider accounts with Fox Pay. The platform does not take custody of funds.
Consequence
Routing can consider multiple provider accounts, while provider disputes and settlement remain between the customer and provider. Fox Pay supplies operational evidence rather than executing settlement.
